Join me on Mondays at 8.30pm where we will breathe and prep your body for that satisfying and restorative sleep that has eluded you for so long.
While melatonin supplements can be helpful - they are not a longterm solution. YOU already have what it takes to get the sleep that your body has been craving for- through the power of your breath alone.
Sessions take place online, so you can join in from the comfort of your own bed, and get to sleep right after.
